I received this request a couple of days ago….How am I to respond to such an incredible request?…The poignancy is overwhelming…

"…I saw one of your wood cut installations off of Hwy 203 on my way from Carnation.  My family is moving to Lake Marcel soon – building permits take time.  I want to talk to you about my son.  He's got a progressive disease that will most likely end this life at a young age.  I would like a wood cut done now to honor him.  I would also like to be able to put some of his ashes into a secret compartment you will add (if possible).  I have a portion of cedar log I would like to use.  I guess this is my way of getting ready for the inevitable…"
