Offerings To The Wind Project
This is the first installation for the Adornments Series which is an extension of the Offerings To The Wind Project. As an initial study "Pods" serves as an experiment in, 1) creation of the individual elements and 2) development of installation approach. I am not going to reveal it's location at this time…
Just saw these for the first time today. Kind of freaked me out at first because I had never seen it before. They definitely don’t look like this picture anymore. But cool to know the origin.
Ha, thanks for contacting me Kendra…that is pretty awesome…yes, they have been up there for over 10 years…and they have adapted to their environment…and, yes, art in unexpected places can be kind of shocking…I’m glad you finally noticed them though…I am considering do an other such installation some time soon..but, it will be in Duvall…

yes, Kendra…I did that one a couple years ago…it is very popular these days because of its prominent location…and, yes, I haven’t added it to this blog…will have to do that…
I love driving past these and pointing them out to folks who have driven Woodenville Duvall Road…. I hope you install other surprise art works in the area…
