As reported earlier some removed the “Spiral” installation along Hwy 203.  That part is true. It had been removed but not taken.  Who ever removed it simply cut it off and through it into the bushes.  They did not love it so much that they had to have it.  They hated it and didn’t want it to be seen.  To be fair, it is possible that someone from the DOT may have cut it off because it might have been a distraction to drivers on this particular highway where speeds are up to 60 mph.  Indeed, it could be dangerous for something along the side of the road to cause a distraction but what doesn’t cause a distraction.  Anyway, I am going to replace it until I am contacted personally to discuss the matter.
